Hi,

What is your natural hair color?

If your natural hair color is black....and being that is is nearing the fall......i would go with a rich black...and soft highlighs to blend.....personally i like it when the hair looks natural.....not looking like "hey, look at me i have color in my hair" ...are you getting permanent color or rinses?  Cinnamon spice is nice....if you want to get the burgundy....red....highlights.....  i love the way your hair looks in your avie......

my hair now is light brown with gold highlights.....but, in a couple of months....i may go darker...... i do light for the spring and summer and darker for the winter.....just my perforance...

but, i sure whatever you come up with you will look beautiful

Good morning Pastor Di,

First I must say that you are wearing almost "50" well.  In my opinion the dark hair looks good with your skin tones however a few highlights will top it off.

Be blessed,
Marilyn

Hey there Pretty One!!!  I see you in warm/rich browns with chestnut/blonde highlights.  If you are 30% or more in the gray area, the highlights will look more natural and give you less to maintain when growing out.    You won't have to worry so much about root touch-up because the effect will be a natural progression.  Staying within your natural range does less damage to the hair.  If you decide to go into the black....I would suggest a SOFT Black so that it doesn't look hard or artificial.  The only thing about black dye and gray hair is the location of the gray.  if you are gray at your hairline then just know that you will be forced to work it almost weekly depending on your hair growth.
The question that I am asked most often:
 Is that your hair??????

Wow your profile pic is gorgeous!  Congrats on all the goodness in your life and happy birthday this month too, in case I'm not posting on the actual day.

Hair is one area where we can play and express ourselves.  No suggestions - anything would look great on you - I will watch for the photos of the decision!

Have a blessed day!

Be careful, or you may find yourself in my novel...
